This month I headed back to Los Angeles to shoot Justine and Seth’s wedding at the beautiful Bel Air Country Club.  Justine is the younger sister of one of my best friends so I’ve know her a long time and it was a pleasure to be there to capture her special day.  We we lucky – blue skies and beautiful weather and a gorgeous outdoor setting.  Plus I had my good friend and talented photographer, Brian Thompson, on hand to shoot with me, which made the whole thing more fun.  Not to mention the fact that this crew really loved a good party and once the dancing started, it never stopped!  Congratulations Seth & Justine – all the best to you for a wonderful marriage!

I was so lucky to have a chance to shoot the wedding of such a great couple!  Cris and Jenna made the day easy and fun with their playfulness and laid-back nature.  And what a great setting – the Cotton Mill in McKinney.  Thankfully it was much nicer weather than when shot Jenna’s bridal portraits there in August.  There are so many great shots from the night, it’s hard to choose but here are a few of my favorites!

Just a about a month ago, I headed to Dallas to shoot bridal portraits with Jenna since her wedding to Chris is coming up fast!  We spent a steamy afternoon at The Cotton Mill in McKinney, the same location where the wedding will be held in October.  Despite having to rush to keep the bride-to-be from melting in the heat, we were able to get some great shots, which in deference to the groom not accidentally seeing the brides dress before the big day, won’t be posted here until after the wedding!  But trust me, she looked beautiful, and if you’re interested in bridal portraits, I am more than happy to show them to you privately as an example!

Since the wedding was last weekend, I can show you all the beautiful portraits of Jenna now!

I’ve known Mark for years and I’ve photographed a number of his clients (he’s a music producer), so when he asked me to document his marriage to the beautiful Ivanna, I was delighted to be a part of such a special day.  The wedding was on the beach at Point Dume in Malibu and it so windy out that day, that the bride had to tuck her veil around her during the ceremony to keep it from flying all over the place!  The reception was just across the way at the Sunset Restaurant and the intimate party had a blast, dining and dancing the night away!

Jina and Jon got married at the end of January at the beautiful Wayfarer’s Chapel overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Rancho Palos Verdes.  I worked with another great photographer and we had a blast capturing this fun couple and their guests.  By the end of the night, we felt like party of the party at the nearby Los Verdes Country Club, as guests invited us to eat with them and tried to get us to put down our cameras and join them on the dance floor!
